Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
Estimated delivery times within Puerto Rico are:

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we primarily ship within USA. For shipping requests outside USA, please contact us before placing your order.
